Since Hudson Restaurant Week, I’ve been obsessing over Espresso Martinis. For the last month, every time I order dessert at a restaurant I’ve paired it with this coffee flavored concoction. So, a couple of Saturdays ago I decided to re-stock the Haute Bar and make myself one at home. What’s your go-to dessert cocktail?
3 oz. Coffee Liqueur (Kahlua) / 2 oz. Whipped Cream Vodka (Pinnacle Whipped) / 1 oz. Irish Cream (Bailey’s)
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake and serve. Garnish with whipped cream and enjoy!
