If you didn’t know… yesterday was Pecan Pie Day. Pecan Pie is actually one of my favorite pies, especially during the fall season when the extensive list of holidays begin. In celebration of such a delicious treat I’m sharing with you a simpler, lighter and more refreshing version of the delicious pie. Get ready to make a Pecan Pie Martini this weekend! 1 1/2 oz. Caramel Cream Liqueur
1 1/2 oz. Bourbon
1/2 oz. Caramel Syrup
1 oz. Heavy Cream (I like to substitute this ingredient with fat free milk)
