Tomorrow is Valentine’s Day! What’s on the agenda for you? No matter if you are going on a hot date or planning to spend it with your best friend, a festive outfit to celebrate the day of love and friendship is definitely in order. On my last post, I suggested a less traditional outfit that focused on a blue skirt and a heart-print top to celebrate V-Day. Today, I’m going on a more traditional route.
The main focus of this outfit is using the classic Valentine’s Day color, red, and adding fun accessories in festive prints and shapes. I incorporated the color on the skirt, lipstick and cute accessories. The fact that this skirt is also in satin makes it even more festive and sexy. I mean, who doesn’t like to touch soft, cool and satin-y fabric? The red skirt is paired with black top with lace shoulder cut-outs, and black tights with a pink and red kisses-print. It is freezing and snowy out there, so you need to keep your legs covered and warm, ladies! I finished this Valentine’s Day outfit off with a red lip, a heart shaped clutch and a sparkly red bracelet.
On this Valentine’s Day, I want to send my love to all of you who have become part of the Haute Cocktail community. I am so thankful for all the love, support, comments, likes, shares, re-tweets, favorites, follows, etc. and I hope to show my love with even better content, and surprises to brighten your days. Cheers to all of you, and happy Valentine’s Day!
Now, what do you think of this outfit? Are you celebrating Valentine’s Day? If so, are you dressing with traditional Valentine’s Day colors or not?
