As the weather gets cooler, and we get lazier, having a computer, internet connection and credit card will most likely become the winning combo to adding more items into our closets and lives. Just think about it, it’s cold outside, you are perusing your favorite blogs and magazines, and you spot this amazing piece that you not only want, but NEED in your life. Most likely you go straight to a search engine (my go-to is Google) and start a search for that precious item.
However, there are other great resources to find the items you are looking for aside from doing the search engine dance. Here I share with you my go-to online shopping resources when looking for that perfect piece at that perfect price.
1) ShopStyle by Popsugar – Here you can do a search by category, color, size, price, etc. You’ll find a variety of brands, stores, and price points to choose from, as well as know if the store has any deals or free shipping.
2) Pinterest – Here you’ll find pieces, as well as fashion inspiration on how to wear that piece you are looking for. You’ll be redirected to the sites where you can get more information about the item or look.
3) The Hunt – This is a free website where you can start a “hunt”, and other members of the community help you by adding items that fit your description until you find the perfect one to buy. You can also add your own finds and help other people on their “hunts”.
What other sources you use to find items you want to buy online?
