Fall is upon us, and there is no better way to welcome the new season than with a cocktail. The yellow color of this Margarita and the green brought by the Cilantro leaves in it are reminiscent of the changing color of the trees. Needless to say, this cocktail could be the perfect companion to celebrate the arrival of fall. I tried this Pineapple Cilantro Margarita while out for sushi with a group of friends at Las Olas Sushi Bar & Grill in Hoboken, NJ. I would never say no to a Margarita, plus the combination of Pineapple and Cilantro peaked my interest. When making this cocktail at home, I would suggest to strain the Cilantro leaves out, and use a limited amount as garnish. (I tend to prefer drinks where I can focus on the drinking.) Cilantro leaves | 0.5 oz. Lime Juice | 0.5 Lemon Juice | 3 oz. Pineapple Juice | 2 oz. Tequila | 2 oz. Triple Sec
Prep a glass with crushed ice and the Cilantro leaves. In a shaker add all ingredients, shake, pour into the glass and enjoy!
